Mozaer ships to supported destinations available at checkout. All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes. The final order total and available shipping options are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days. Processing time may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when additional order verification is required.

Custom and Prescription Lens Orders

Custom-made items, prescription lenses, and lens upgrades are normally processed within 3 business days after the required lens selections and order details are confirmed. Please review your prescription information and selected lens options carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Costs

Orders of USD 49.99 or more are eligible for free standard shipping to supported destinations.

For orders below USD 49.99, the standard shipping fee is USD 4.99.

Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. We do not offer shipping to destinations that are not available at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. Total delivery time includes order processing time and transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address when available. You can use the tracking number to check the package status and estimated delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at service@mozaer.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Custom-made items, prescription lenses, and lens upgrades are returnable only if they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
